Role Overview:

As a Technical Documenter at Total Synergy Concepts, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality documentation for our .NET Core Developers and React JS Front End Developers. Your documentation will serve as a critical resource, guiding developers through project requirements, APIs, system architecture, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborating closely with technical teams to gather information and understand project requirements.
• Writing and maintaining clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation for APIs, databases, and frontend components.
• Organising and structuring documentation to ensure accessibility and ease of use.
• Updating documentation to reflect changes in software features and functionalities.
• Working closely with developers to gather feedback and improve documentation quality.
• Ensuring documentation adheres to company standards and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer, Documentation Specialist, or similar role.
• Strong technical background with a solid understanding of software development processes and technologies, including .NET Core and React JS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear and understandable documentation.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Docs, WordPress, or Markdown.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and documenting APIs is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technical Writing, or a related field.
