Role Overview:

As a Software Tester at Total Synergy Concepts, you will play a crucial role in verifying and validating the functionality and performance of our software solutions developed by our .NET Core Developers and React JS Front End Developers. Your expertise in testing methodologies and attention to detail will contribute to delivering high-quality, user-friendly software to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures for frontend and backend applications.
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects and inconsistencies.
• Collaborating closely with developers and technical teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth project delivery.
• Performing regression testing, usability testing, and performance testing as required.
• Participating in Agile/Scrum development processes and contributing to sprint planning and review meetings.
• Providing clear and concise reports on test results and status updates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Software Tester or Quality Assurance Analyst in software development projects.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in testing both frontend (React JS) and backend (.NET Core, SQL Server) applications.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus.
